Hassle-Free Returns

• Return Window: You can return any unused and sealed product within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Eligibility: Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged to qualify for a return or exchange.

• Exceptions: Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare products cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

• Contact Our Team:
  Email us at admin@euphoricglam.com or call/WhatsApp at 0333 0409475 within 7 days of delivery.

• Provide Details:
  Share your order number, product name(s), and reason for the return/exchange.

• Quick Review:
  Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return shipping address if eligible.

Refunds & Processing

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email/WhatsApp.

• Refunds (minus delivery charges) are processed within 5-7 working days via your original payment method.

• For exchanges, we’ll ship your requested replacement product as soon as your return is approved.
